Choclate “Ice Cream” Cake
I normally despise cake mixes, but when I saw this recipe on Omnomicon, I had to try it. Who wouldn’t love a chocolate cake with a pint of chocolate ice cream dumped in there? I suggest using an ultra-rich dark chocolate ice cream for this (unlike me…will definitely do it the next time). This cake was incredibly moist, yet extremely unhealthy. Top with whipped cream frosting and eat at your own risk.
